Thank you for your purchase.
We hope you enjoy everything you order, but if anything goes wrong please do not hesitate to contact us.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Items must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
If these requirements are not met, the items will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of items purchased on sale or any other promotion.

Return
Please contact us via the contact form within 14 days to process your return and let us know the reasons for the return.
Please reuse the original packaging and secure the package securely.
To ensure your package reaches us safely, we recommend sending your return via a trackable service.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and you are responsible for the return until the package reaches us.

Refunds
We will process your refund to the same method used for payment within 14 days of the returned items arriving at our warehouse.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email.
Refunds to your card can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
Please note that we have no control over this.

Shipping
PREFORMA uses express shipping services to manage the shipment of items in Italy and Europe.
Shipping is currently not available for countries outside the EU.
Orders are shipped directly from PREFORMA (Turin – Italy) from Monday to Friday,
Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
When the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email from PREFORMA specifying the tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with PREFORMA and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the goods.
If, for any reason, the Customer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery, resulting in the material being returned to the sender, any shipping costs, customs duties and taxes charged to PREFORMA will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
